CHOW! is Darwin's waterfront home of Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cooking — big steaming bowls of pho, laksa, fresh rice paper rolls and share plates built on fresh local produce.
Days are built for the lunch rush: a quick counter-order menu that gets office workers back to their desks with time to spare. Nights slow down — full a la carte service, a cracking curated wine list and some of the tastiest cocktails in town.
